Erick lost his wedding ring for over a week. Looked everywhere for it. It was a little big and fell off somewhere and he had no idea where. B's preschool teacher ended up finding it in the classroom while he was on a work trip. Ava made this note for him and we left it on the table and surprised him when he got home.  

I got to volunteer at Ava's school for Theme Day! I loved it and wish I could do it so much more!

Christmas at the Ranch

Okay, this is the last Christmas celebration! I promise! We went to the ranch for the weekend to celebrate with Erick's parents and the weather was beautiful! We really lucked out!

Hopefully I can get all of the 2013 pictures and blogging done today, so I can feel on top of things!

Another Christmas Celebration

The first Christmas that we actually celebrated this month was with my dad, Susan and the Henaks. The Littles always have a great time with their fabulous cousins! We had BBQ for dinner, opened presents, hung out, and then made the annual trip to Botanica to check out the lights. It was pretty darn cold out, but it was still fun!

B's Christmas Program

Brecken's preschool Christmas program was absolutely precious. Most of the grandparents came and thank goodness Erick's travel plans changed so he could be there too. I have a ton of pictures but they include a lot of kids with parents I don't know so I can't post all of them. Hopefully of the ones I do post, their parents won't mind. Here are a couple from the night...

At the end of the program, Santa made a surprise visit! The kids LOVED it!

Happy Holidays, all!
Well, I haven't blogged in over a month so I have quite a few pictures to share. I think I will start with the most recent activities and go backwards. Sounds easier to me for some reason.
We went to the children's service at church on Christmas eve and Ava was a beautiful angel for the third year in a row. A lot of our family came to the service also, which was wonderful.

After the church service, we went home and celebrated with Erick's mom. We had super yummy ribs that the hubs made and then opened gifts.

 

 

Ava made sure that she did not forget to put out some reindeer food before going to bed and the kids also got to watch a great video from Santa. They loved it! After reading Twas the Night Before Christmas, the littles snuggled in bed and fell fast asleep. :)

 

Then...Christmas!!!
